Many Grip & Grocer products are made to order. This means that production usually begins after your order is placed.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, colour, sizing, or quality of any product will perfectly match how it appears on your screen. However, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly supplied products.

Product descriptions, prices, designs, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products from Grip & Grocer.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, product availability, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance of the order. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfilment process, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests once an order has been accepted and production has started.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Our products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party fulfilment partners, including print-on-demand providers. Shipping times may include both production time and carrier delivery time.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, public holidays, weather events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because the shipping information provided was incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to provide a free replacement or refund.

Risk in the products may pass to you once the products are delivered to the address provided at checkout, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILMENT

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Because many Grip & Grocer products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.

However, this does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, defective, misprinted, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us at gripandgrocer@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We may work with our fulfilment partner to assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, reprint, refund, or other solution.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address by email.
