Thank you for shopping with Grip & Grocer.
Grip & Grocer is a print-on-demand lifestyle goods store. This means many of our products are made to order after your purchase is placed. Our products may be produced, packed, and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners, including Printful.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing and Fulfilment
Most Grip & Grocer products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfilment partner for production, quality checks, and packing.
Fulfilment time is the time it takes to create your product before it ships. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, although this may vary depending on the product type, order volume, fulfilment location, and other operational factors.
Fulfilment time does not include shipping time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is calculated as:
Fulfilment time + shipping time = estimated delivery time
Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Locations
We may ship to selected countries and regions supported by our store and fulfilment partners.
Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, and shipping prices may vary depending on the product, delivery address, fulfilment location, and carrier availability.
If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you may be unable to complete checkout for that item.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the product type, quantity, destination, shipping method, and fulfilment location.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you confirm your order.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not always included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout unless expressly stated.
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply to your order, subject to applicable law.
Grip & Grocer is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where tracking is available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact us at gripandgrocer@gmail.com and we will help you look into the issue.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
Grip & Grocer is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at gripandgrocer@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but because many of our products are made to order, we may not be able to change the address once production or shipping has started.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment where possible. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at gripandgrocer@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We may work with our fulfilment partner and/or the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost and the issue is not caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will help arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reprint, refund, or another remedy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at gripandgrocer@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and the issue.
Claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days after the item has been received.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfilment partner to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, but delivery delays can happen.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, public holidays, weather events, high seasonal demand, fulfilment partner delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at gripandgrocer@gmail.com and we will help investigate the issue.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to sender because it was unclaimed, refused, or unable to be delivered, please contact us at gripandgrocer@gmail.com.
Where possible, we may help arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If the package was returned due to an error by the customer, such as an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, Grip & Grocer may not be responsible for reshipping costs or refunding the order, subject to applicable consumer laws.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially if they contain different product types or are fulfilled from different locations.
If your order arrives in separate shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Print-on-Demand Notice
Because many Grip & Grocer products are made to order, production begins after your order is placed.
This helps reduce unnecessary inventory and waste, but it also means your order may take longer than a ready-made item from a traditional retail store.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including product type, size, colour, design, shipping address, and contact information.
